 The Corporate structure of Bavaria Hotels International has its roots in Germany. It is the international operating subsidiary of the German holding company IHB Hotel Holding in Munich, and it is constantly evolving to ensure that the high degree of efficiency and flexibility is maintained.
The Board of Directors together with the Executive Management holds the responsibility for the hotel group's operations, for reviewing the hotel group strategy and policy, and for monitoring its implementation.
