Bavaria Hotels International operates in three market segments.

   

Fully serviced luxury suite hotels, for guests residing in a destination longer than the average traveler, or families who require fully equipped accommodation. The concept design is focused on quality accommodation and guest support services, with limited food and beverage facilities.

These are commercial business hotels with excellent leisure facilities located in prime centers, catering for both companies and individuals. The hotels have an average room count of 150 units and conference and banqueting capacity for around 400 persons. Food and beverage facilities consist of at least one all-day dining restaurant, one hotel lounge, and 24-hour room service. Additional guest facilities include a business center and fitness center with swimming pool. Hotel facilities can be extended based on the location and nature of the business. Hotels in this segment are internationally classified at three and four stars.

Hotels and resorts in this segment are geared toward the luxury business and leisure market and are located in outstanding destinations. These top end of the market hotels offer exclusive accommodation and extensive guest facilities and services, equal to the leading hotels of the world, with luxury bathroom amenities and bedroom linen, and superior international food and beverage facilities. The average size of these hotels is 200 rooms, with an executive club floor facility, and banqueting capacity for 800 persons. Hotels in this segment are internationally classified at five stars.
